Introducing Hill Top Winery and Ranch, the pinnacle of quality and craftsmanship.

Turnkey state-of-the-art family-owned winery, vineyard, custom crush facility, tasting room, residence and wedding/event center. Hosting an approximately 4,032sf enclosed tasting room built in 2017 with an estimated covered outdoor loggia space of over 3,350sf, office/processing facility 8,050sf, a 2,400sf cold storage building, 2,190sf recently renovated residence, two guest homes all set on 21.62 acres.

The vineyard is planted on 16 acres producing estate quality grapes and award-winning wines. Varietals including Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Primitivo, Tempranillo, Viognier, Zinfandel, Grenache and Muscat vines. Abundant water is provided by 2 wells and connected to city water if needed. Power is supported by two Sun Power solar arrays and city power.

The winery and vineyard are strategically built to exude quality and efficiencies for expansion.

The “Tasting Room” was created to sit within the most prominent location on the property. Nestled in the vineyard, guests capture the sunset and valley views as events and private dining experiences flow through the indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces. The bold stone fireplace, custom woodwork, and exposed beams set the mood under the 3,350 sq ft outdoor loggia while allowing guests use of the indoor tasting room, retail shop and reception area at 2,542 sq ft. Weddings and Events are also provided use of the 770 sq ft sky lounge which allows for an excellent bridal staging area.

Ceremonies are held within a gorgeous 2-acre setting. This spectacular staging area is surrounded by handcrafted 2 rail pole fencing that sets the stage for the large hand-crafted timber trellis staging area with abundant access to power.

Receptions are held around the 200,000-gallon stone-lined pond and waterfall with a 20 ft spillway. A special setting, that provides remarkable photographic memories along the redwood dock. Stocked with Bass, Blue Gill, and Catfish, the pond is host to a living ecosystem all managed with the latest in UV lighting, filtration, and supported by well water.

Wine production is comprised of several enclosed spaces totaling approximately 8050 sq ft. Over 6,800 sq ft is designated for winemaking, 1200 sq ft of ground-level office space, 899 sq ft of second-floor office, a tool shop and a crush pad of approximately 1,006 sq ft. Water use from the winery is handled by the 250,000 gallons lined wastewater pond.

The cold storage facility is exceptionally thought out and designed for tasting and corporate events. Catering and service are facilitated by the well-equipped service kitchen.

With sustainability and renewable energy in mind, the property is supported by two Sunpower solar systems. One system is an 88.320 KwDC and the second is a 14.880 KwDC system designed to provide ample supplemental power to the site. 2 Wells along with city water provide both water solutions for the vineyard and residences. The property is served by six septic systems.

The main residence at approximately 2,190 square feet, features 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an attached guest unit. The kitchen was remodeled in 2015 with a commercial-grade kitchen. Additionally, there is a 2 car detached garage and two guest residences with full bath and kitchenettes. One of the guest suites sits above the reflection pond allowing solitary moments of thought from the covered porch.
